Pretty Girl

Alice was a pretty

Girl I once knew

Eyes green

Sometimes blue

I loved it when she slipped

Into the sheets

Around eight

After a graveyard shift

And the nights

She would wait

On her broken bed

With the music up

After we fucked

She used to tuck

Me in kiss my head

And drive off

That's what she

Always did

It was an oil slick

On the sea

Ending so quick

For her and me

Dream petals

Heavy as brick
