Women's Day

Plucking petals off daisies

Just like grandma showed her

"He loves me, he loves me not"

The eternal

Waiting for

Some "one"

To come

Sweep her

Off her feet a

Fantasy

Bells aisle white gown

What the future once held

Take your

Begging bowl

Somewhere else

Searching for

Alternatives

The panacea

Planting seeds

Everywhere

And hoping

For miracles

Was it easier

To remember

How simple it was

To be good

Or that "bad"

Meant being yourself?

Family an

Unusual school

Of fish

Small ego swims

Reel in the line

You've caught

Something

Worth keeping

Throw it in the cooler

We'll cook it

For dinner

The disciple dies
